Disabled - Will still show in the active Home Visitor dropdown but cannot login. This does not count as a 'billable' user.
Programs will sometimes use this has a place holder/fake home visitor, such as "Screening Only" or "Waiting List".
This can also be use if a home visitor has left your organization, but you haven't hired a replacement yet.
Deactivated - Will not show in your active dropdown. You would deactivate when someone is longer employed or no longer needing access.
For deactivated home visitors, some reports will have an "Inactive" option. You would need to check this to show their data in the report.
For reports like the APR, MIECHV, their data is automatically included, and no need to have a special selection.
