What exit date do I select when exiting a family to ensure Visit Frequency is calculated correctly for the APR?
When exiting a family from Parents as Teachers services, the appropriate date of exit is the last attempted outreach to the family. The exception to this is when there is a planned exit, in which case the parent educator would select the date of the last personal visit as the date of exit. It is important that each affiliate develops clear policies and procedures which address when and how parent educators are expected to engage families.
