For Health Screening, there are two ways to enter:
- The PAT Health Record
- Health, Hearing and Vision short forms. Each screening is independent.
So if you complete the PAT Health Record, then the independent health, hearing, vision will show as "no data".
As long as you have one or the other, you are all set.
The same will be true for Developmental and Social Emotional screenings VS the "Developmental/Social Emotional" screening.
The independent screenings can be turned off under Set Up --> Screenings. Open the Child Screening Section.
If those are turned off, then they won't show as an option when adding a Screening, and they won't show on the family summary page.
