When you Edit the Service Management, you will see some icons to the right.
Here is what each icon will do:
Add participant to the Service Period.
This guardian or child was never enrolled, you are adding them to the current service listed.
Undo Exit.
If the guardian or child was accidentally exited from the service period, this will remove the exit and put the guardian or child in the current service.
Exit Service Participation
This will exit the child or guardian from the current service listed
Remove participation.
This will completely remove the child or guardian from the service.
Edit Service Participation.
You can edit the child's enrollment date.
