Locating the Assessment reports
Go to the Reports tab. Assessment Reports are under the Service Reports column.
Choose which report to run
The 2 reports at the top allow you to run a list of assessments conducted in the date range OR a list of families and their assessment information.
- Assessment Report - Choose this report if you want to list the assessments conducted in the date range
- Assessment Review - Choose this report if you are wanting a list of families and their latest assessment information. You will be able to choose which specific assessment you want to review in the report parameters. Families without an assessment will be listed as well.
The Family Assessments and Child Development Assessments columns will list the specific assessments that are set to show from SETUP > ASSESSMENTS. (see related article)
