PAT Subscribers can use Visit Tracker’s PAT Affiliate Performance Report to complete their 24-25 SPR / ISR reports.
Here is a crosswalk indicating the APR items that match the SPR items.
If the SPR item is not listed, then it is not available in Visit Tracker.
NOTES for Main Admins:
- If the APR is not visible in the Reports section > PAT Column, go to SETUP > PREFERENCES > REPORTS to turn on the APR
- Only families assigned to home visitors that are indicated as PAT Affiliate (Home Visitor Data page) will be reported. Update the home visitors to be listed as a PAT Affiliate home visitor so their families will be included in the APR. This will have no impact to anything else in your account.
