Here are instructions to clear your browser history and clear cache memory.
IE:
Click on "Tools" icon located on the top right from web browser.
Hoover over "Safety"
Click on "Delete browsing history"
Make sure "Cookies and website data" is checked
Click on "Delete"
EDGE
Click on "..." icon (Setting and more) located on the top right from web browser.
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Choose what to clear"
Make sure "Cookies and website data" and "Cached data and files" are checked
Click on "Clear"
CHROME
Click the "Chrome" menu in the upper left hand corner
Click on "Clear Browsing Data"
The setting page will open
Make sure to click on "Browsing History, Cache Images and Files" and "Cookies and other site data" have been selected.
Click "Clear Browsing Data"
SAFARI
Click on the "Safari" menu located on the upper left hand corner
Click on "Clear History"
Select to clear "All History"
Click on "Clear History"
