For Medical visits, the main admin will need to turn the field "on" under the Set Up tab.
Under Set Up, Go to Demographic/Health on the left.
Open the Child Health Info Fields section.
Check to show "Child Medical Visits (Health Info and PVR)"
The question will then show on the PVR, but also on the Child Health Info. You can enter data in either place.
To Add a Child Medical Visit
Under Child Health Info, look for the Child Medical Visits and click to "Add Item".
Add date, the "type" and for the Reason, you will select Well Child. It will autofill with the age range of the child.
From the Visit Record, you will see a question regarding child medical visits. Click the + button to add the well child visit.
