2 types of child assessments can be recorded in Visit Tracker.
- Child Development Assessments
- Family Assessments that are designated as a child level assessment
CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENTS
First, be sure to turn on Child Development Assessments.
SETUP > PREFERENCES > ASSESSMENTS
To enter development assessments, go to CHILDREN > ASSESSMENTS.
FAMILY ASSESSMENTS THAT ARE CHILD LEVEL
If your program enters family assessments that is designated as a child level assessment which requires a child to be on the record, you enter the assessment in the family's assessment section or the child's assessment section
GO TO CHILDREN > ASSESSMENTS
- Click on "Add Child Assessment"
- Any tool that is turned on (Setup > Assessments) that is child level will show here. An example is the Bracken
