This article will show you how to add additional demographic data to user profiles.
Admins
Main Admin
The Profile page is also available to Helper and Read-only Admins to manage their own demographic data too.
Note for Coordinated Intake: The Profile page can be found in the Setup section as well.
Be sure to save your updates.
User Management: Helper and Read-Only Admins
Any user that has permission to access User Management can update staff profiles as shown below.
Home Visitors
Note for Coordinated Intake: CI Workers have a "Workers" tab in CI Accounts where this can be found.
The Staffing section
If you are using the Staffing feature in the Admin tab, you can add the same data to Other Staff and In-Kind Staff.
NOTE: Only users that have access to ADMIN > STAFFING can update non Visit Tracker user profiles.
