If you have a helper admin that will be seeing families, or taking a caseload, they do need to be added as a home visitor. There are 2 options
1. Delete the helper admin login and add as a home visitor. From User Management (under Set Up), you can then give the home visitor login admin access. Please note that you will still need to give a different username even though you deleted the admin login. Deleted profiles are still stored in our database, so you will have pick a different username.
If you decide to delete, here's the tutorial to give a home visitor admin rights: https://data-keeper.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360060829434-Giving-a-Home-Visitor-Admin-Access
OR
2. You can add that person as a home visitor. You would need to give a different username than the one already being used. Then you can disable that login so it doesn't count as a "billable" user. You would disable from the home visitor profile after it's been created. The helper admin won't need to use this login. They can do all the necessary work from the admin login.
