I have a Home Visitor, but she is a supervisor. How can she have access to all the families and reports?
If she needs access to all families, then you would need to set her up as Additional Admin. Additional Admin will have access to all families and will be able to run all reports.
To add as an Admin, go to the Set Up tab, and then to Add'l Admin on the left. You will enter her information. The program login (username) will need to be different than the one she uses for her home visitor login. You can add a number of something to the end of it. She will get an email to set up a password for that login.
She will have 2 different logins: one as an admin, and one as a home visitor. From the admin login, the home visitor can do all their necessary work, so often they will no longer need to use the home visitor login.
The home visitor login can be "Disabled" (button on the home visitor information page) so that this login does not count as an additional login toward the billable user count. This will not change anything, it just means the person will need to only use the admin login, the home visitor login will be unavailable.
