Before you login on Visit Tracker, just under where you enter your username and password, there is a blue "Reset Password" link. Click the link and then enter your current username. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Sometimes the email will go to junk, so be sure to check there, if you don't see it in your inbox. In rare cases, the email server will block that email. You will need to contact your local tech support and ask them to add emails from "@visittrackerweb.com" to the safe list.
