Go to the Contacts page in the Family tab. Click the "+" Add Contact button.
Fill out the contact details. Be sure to select "Private" to record a home visit. Also be sure to select all individuals at the home visit. Click Create
To record the Planning Guide, click on the date of the private contact. To record the Visit Record, click on the link "private".
