TUTORIAL - Caseload Weight
CASELOAD WEIGHT IN ADMIN SETUP
The Main Admin can access Caseload Weight in the Setup > Preferences section.

Set the maximum weight. This a field that is entered manually based on the total capacity of the program.

“Total Current Case Weight =” - This number is calculated by Visit Tracker. It is the sum of case weights assigned to all active families

INDICATING A FAMILY WITH MULTIPLE CHILDREN
On each guardian’s data page, you will see the Visit Frequency/Case Level row. Here is where you can indicate if the family has multiple children and have .5 added to their case weight.
REPORTS
Run the Caseload Summary report either by Guardian or by Home Visitors.
On each report, “Multiple Children” has been added to indicate the number of cases where a family is assigned .5 for multiple children.
