Entering an Assessment

Steps to entering an assessment:

1. Click on Families tab
2. Select the family 
3. Click on Assessments in the left navigation bar
4. Click the "+" add button and select the assessment
5. Record and Save
6. Assessment will be shown in the Assessments history table
